Weights computed by census agency should be used for most types of analysis.
Structurally separate or independent enclosure that, because of the way in which it was constructed, reconstructed, transformed, or adapted, is intended for habitation by people, or, if this was not the case, it is used for habitation at the time of the census. As an exception,enclosures that, even having been intended initially for human habitation, at the time of the census are completely dedicated to other purposes are not considered dwellings.
A group of people residing in the same dwelling not necesariily related or a single individual
Dwellings designed to be occupied by a group of people subject to a common authority or common regimen not based on family or shared-living connections. Hotels, camps, and institutions (hospitals, prisons, residencies, etc.) are included in this category.
